▶ Return Periods

Change of Mind: You may return unworn items within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect Item: Contact us within 30 days. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

▶ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
With all tags and packaging.
With proof of purchase.
Sale items cannot be returned.

▶ How to Start a Return

Check “Order History”.
Select items and choose a reason.
Change-of-mind: return label cost deducted from refund.
Faulty/incorrect: we provide a pre-paid label.
Pack, label, and drop off at carrier.

▶ Refunds

Processing: 3–5 business days after inspection.

Method: Returned to original payment method.

Bank processing may add extra time.

▶ Special Circumstances

Non-Delivery: Contact us within 24 hours.

Refused Package: Refund after return. Shipping not refunded.

Unauthorized Returns: May be refused.

We may decline refunds for items showing misuse, wear, or suspected fraud.
